dip amongstYorkshire businessesBusiness confidence in Yorkshire & the Humber fell 16 points during Julyto 19%, according to the latest Business Barometer from Lloyds BankCommercial Banking.Companies in Yorkshire reported lower confidence in their businessprospects at 16%, which was 25 points lower than in June, and lowereconomic optimism at 22%, down six points since June.Together, this gives an overall confidence of 19%, which is 16 points belowlast month’s figure of 35%.As a result, companies reined in their recruitment plans for the yearahead, with a net balance of 12% of businesses in the the University of Lincoln, SagaRobotics UK and Berry Gardens Growers began a two-year project to develop advanced autonomous systems tosupport the production of soft fruit.The project – the largest of
