Yorkshire engineers eye growth with appointment of associate director

Leeds-based engineers RWO has strengthened its residential civils operation with the appointment of a senior executive.

James Fawcett comes in as residential civils associate director in a move that will see him work closely alongside the senior management team, which is based at the firm’s Newcastle head office.

Operating from offices in Mabgate Mills, he brings over 20 years’ expertise in private and public sector highways, drainage, sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and public works projects to the role together with extensive experience managing multi-discipline engineering teams.

A broad brief at RWO will see him involved in overseeing current and new residential and building development projects, business development, operational oversight, technical compliance and managing the Leeds-based civils team.
