ABP
Marina Wyatt

ABP has appointed Marina Wyatt as its Chief Financial Officer, and she’ll join the company next month to replace Sebastian Bull, who’ll become MD of ABP Property Development.

She joins ABP with over 20 years of experience in senior finance leadership roles, most recently as CFO of UBM plc, and she previously held the senior finance role at TomTom NV, Colt Telecom Group Plc and Psion PLC. Ms Wyatt is a Chartered Accountant and is also a Non-Executive Director and Audit Chair at Renewi plc and a supervisory board member at Lucas Bols NV.

Mr. Bull, who has been in his finance role for eight years, will concentrate on maximising the value of ABP’s extensive property portfolio by realising exciting new development opportunities for non-core property. In doing so, he will build on his previous experience as Director of Finance and Administration at the leading property developer, More London Development Limited.

Ms Wyatt said: “I am very much looking forward to joining ABP and working with the team to deliver continued success for the business. ABP is the UK’s leading ports operator, playing a critical role facilitating trade and helping drive the nation’s economy, and I am very excited about being part of that.”

Mr. Bull said: “ABP’s vast estate offers huge and exciting opportunities for our business. By focussing on realising these opportunities we can build an even brighter future for ABP.”
Henrik Pedersen, ABP Chief Executive Officer, added:  “I am very much looking forward to welcoming Marina to ABP. Her proven CFO track-record will undoubtedly be a big advantage in pursuing our strategic targets and goals. Additionally, the appointment of Sebastian as Managing Director, ABP Property Development, will further enhance our ability to drive the commercial development of our non-core property portfolio.”
