A property consultancy with bases in London and Harrogate has acquired a counterpart in Essex as it looks to expand its scope and services nationally.
Pantera Property was founded in Harrogate in 2016 and is run by siblings Tom, Harriet and Gabriella Snook. A year later, it launched a London office and has now swooped for commercial and residential property agency, Jordans Property Matters.
The acquisition of the long-established Essex firm will see Pantera boost its office in the capital, from where it already generates a significant proportion of its southern work.
“We are currently seeing a 50-50 north-south split in our workload, with a noticeable uptick in new business and instructions coming from London and the South East,” said MD Tom Snook.
He added: “Jordans’ founder, Peter Sawyer, has been in business in East London and Essex for more than 30 years. The firm will be a great strategic fit for us, bringing a raft of new clients which we will largely service in London.”
