Chartered accountants and business advisory firm, Duncan & Toplis, has appointed a new Associate Director of its Probate Services.
Amy Codd will be dealing in all aspects of probate client work, including wills, lasting power of attorney, probate and court of protection orders.
The Duncan & Toplis Probate Services was started in 2016 and is part of Duncan & Toplis Group.
In her new role, she will be working alongside director and head of legal practice at Duncan & Toplis Probate Services, Graeme Hills.
“Amy’s appointment as Private Client Solicitor and Associate Director is really good news for Duncan & Toplis and its clients,” said Ms Hills.

Before joining Duncan & Toplis, Amy worked as a private client solicitor at Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management having trained at Ringrose Law.
