B38 Group expands regional reach with Leeds acquisition

Facilities management services provider B38 Group is expanding its offering and reach across Yorkshire with the acquisition of Leeds-based Woods Building Maintenance.

In a company update, B38 said it is “keen to growth both the Woods Building Maintenance and B38 Group businesses”.

The deal extends its ability to self-deliver mechanical and electrical services across the Yorkshire region.

It has created a number of new roles across the business to help facilitate this growth.

Woods Building Maintenance was founded by Jordan Woods in 2011 and has grown revenues in excess of £1.5 million per annum.

Richard Phillips, co-founder of B38 Group, said: “Acquiring the Woods business furthers our already strong foothold in the Yorkshire region and gives us the ability to offer clients a higher degree of self-delivery and thus a higher level of service.

“We are pleased to be working with Jordan Woods and look forward to our continued relationship as Jordan joins the team as Head of Operations.”
