Barnsley-based commercial property developer Priority Space has completed the first phase of a 61,000 sq. ft speculative development in Hereford.
The development called Centenary Park is part of the Hereford Enterprise Zone and comprises 17,000 sq. ft of industrial and warehouse space, and 14,708 sq. ft of office suites in the scheme’s Stirling House.
It’s part of an £8m commitment by partners Hunt Group Limited and Herefordshire County Council to build 60 speculative units at the 110-acre site for SMEs.
Priority Space was founded by co-directors Adam Richardson and Lee Buchanan in 2012, since when it has built up a strong record of delivering speculative commercial property developments across the UK.
Co-Director Adam Richardson said: “We have worked closely with the zone team to get this development off the ground and are delighted to complete the first phase which has already helped to meet the demand for industrial stock and office space in the area.”
Mark Pearce, MD of Skylon Park, said: “We are delighted that Priority Space showed the confidence in the Hereford Enterprise Zone to make this substantial investment. We are pleased that there has been considerable interest in this high-quality development already which adds to the offer to businesses at the zone.”
