Blue Logic, a Leeds-based provider of managed IT services, has formally become part of the BCN Group following a transitional period after it was acquired back in May.
The enlarged BCN Group will continue to deliver IT services to the North with the merger helping to improve the products and services offered to clients. This includes cutting-edge technologies, cloud solutions and IT security and a brand-new website.
Blue Logic was first established back in 2007 and now with the ownership of BCN group it will continue to enhance services, products and solutions to the Region.
The BCN Group will now service more than 1,100 clients across the North from its headquarters in Manchester and offices in Leeds, Burnley.
The BCN Group expects to grow its turnover to £24 million this year and will to drive this to £50m within the next 3 years.
Expansion will be achieved through an ongoing hunt for effective business acquisitions as well as expanding the team with key hires and continued development of internal talent.
Simon Kelf, co-founder of the BCN Group, said: “The acquisition will give us greater presence across the North, enabling us to expand our offering and services to clients.
“We believe that both BCN and Blue Logic customers will enjoy access to a wider set of products and services as the expertise of each business unit becomes available to the other.”
