Caedmon Homes, the North Yorkshire-based residential developer, has been shortlisted for a major honour in the prestigious 2020 Resi Awards.
Caedmon, whose headquarters are at Easingwold, near York, has been recognised for its work on three developments at Whitby, Kirby Hill, near Boroughbridge, and York.
The Resi Awards, which are organised by Property Week, will be held at a ceremony in central London in December.
Caedmon, founded in 2018, has been nominated in the Newcomer of the Year category.
Director Paul Brown said: “I, and my fellow directors Rufus Salter and Andrew Jones, are very proud and honoured to receive recognition for our work on our three Yorkshire developments as we know how strong and competitive the Resi Awards shortlist is.
“We have enjoyed a successful 12 months – launching three quality developments, worth a combined total of £25 million, in prime locations in our home county. All three developments are timely responses to the need for housing in the Yorkshire area, reflecting the buyers’ need for aspiration and individuality with bespoke designs that are rarely found in other housing developments.”
The three developments are St John’s Mews in York; Priory Meadows at Kirby Hill, near Boroughbridge; and Spa Well Court in Whitby.
