CFO of Leeds med-tech steps down

Mike Barker, who was named Chief Financial Officer of Leeds mech-tech Tissue Regenix in August, has resigned citing “personal reasons”.

Group Financial Controller, Kristen Lund, will take over as CFO, assuming all responsibilities with immediate effect to facilitate an orderly handover.

In a trading update, the AIM-listed group said that Ms Lund is “not being appointed to the Bord of the Company at the current time”.

Ms Lund joined the company back in 2010 and, since then, has accumulated a wealth of knowledge that makes her an ideal choice for CFO.

“Kirsten is an excellent asset to the management team, her knowledge and understanding of the business is invaluable as we look to drive the future growth of the Company,” said Executive Chairman, John Samuel.
