Lincoln’s Stirlin has expanded its management team by welcoming two new members of staff to the company. Stuart Dandridge will be joining the team as Contracts Manager and Alan Smith, as Site Manager.
With an increasing number of developments in the pipeline, the two new roles have been created to support Stirlin with their ongoing growth strategy, by bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the company.
As Contracts Manager, Stuart will be working across all of Stirlin’s construction projects, along with overseeing health and safety procedures for the business. Starting his career within the construction industry when he was just 16, Stuart brings an impressive 34 years of experience to Stirlin and extensive knowledge on commercial property development.
New Site Manager, Alan, will be working across all of Stirlin’s commercial sites, with an initial focus on the earthworks, site setup and construction of Phase 1 of their new development, Stirlin Place, on Foxby Lane Business Park in Gainsborough. Alan holds over 32 years of experience within the construction industry, with 13 years of Site Management for various high-profile projects.
James Kirby, Managing Director of Stirlin, said: “We are delighted to welcome Alan and Stuart to the Stirlin team. As a growing business we are always looking for experienced, knowledgeable individuals to work alongside our existing staff and bring new ideas to our company.
“I feel they are joining us at a very exciting time as we look to build on the success of developments such as our Homes by Stirlin Lodge Lane site, Stirlin Business Park and several other successful commercial developments, with larger schemes and new locations on the horizon.”
