South Holland District Council has submitted a planning application to build new business units at Crease Drove in Crowland.

The Council wishes to expand on the existing six units it built in 2010, known as Pinnacle Close, which was given planning consent in August 2009.

If the current application is granted, full planning permission will be in place to build up to an additional 11 units – suitable for light industrial, storage and office space – totalling 15,800 sq. ft.

The council said: “The proposed new scheme at Crease Drove continues the council’s programme of direct investment in industrial accommodation for small and medium size enterprises in South Holland.”
