CPPGroup relocates York office to Leeds

CPPGroup has forgone its York base and instead moved into Leeds’ largest office refurbishments, 6 East Parade.

The Group has struck a ten year lease for over 8,000 sq ft of space on the building’s third floor.

With this latest let secured, the third floor is now entirely let.

This latest deal follows the 13,886 sq ft letting on the top two floors to global communications agency, Dentsu Aegis Network, which completed last year and was fitted out by CBRE’s Leeds Building Consultancy team.

Works included the construction of contemporary offices and meeting rooms over two floors.

6 East Parade offers a total of 45,638 sq ft of office space with 23,744 sq ft remaining to let and follows a £3.5 million investment programme by the joint venture partnership of Bridges Fund Management, the specialist sustainable and impact investor and Evenacre.

The aim of the venture was to transform the property to Grade A offices, delivering cutting edge accommodation over 7 floors with secure basement parking and an external courtyard.

“Moving the Group’s corporate centre to Leeds is an important step in our ongoing transformation programme,” said CPPGroup CEO Jason Walsh.

He added: “The office will provide a fresh and energetic working environment which will help us to create the right culture to take our business to the next stage of its development.”
