Dack Motor Group appoints new Head of Aftersales

Lincoln-based Dack Motor Group has appointed Sean Coles as Head of Aftersales to lead the company’s expanding After Sales department.

The appointment comes off of the back of several new senior additions to the company, where it welcomed Managing Director Phil Kelsey, Financial Director Simon Meakin, Marketing Executive Rachael Flower and Sales Manager Darren Hunns.

Managing Director at DMG, Phil Kelsey, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Sean into our fast-growing Aftersales department. Sean’s extensive knowledge and experience in larger franchise operations across both retail and commercial markets will give the business the internal direction it needs to remain efficient, profitable and the ability to maintain that 10/10 customer experience we strive for.

“We’re continually moving towards the goal of solidifying our place as the leading industry name for automotive services across the region and we expect Sean to be a major part of that.”

Speaking about the role, Sean said: “It’s fantastic to have joined Dack Motor Group at such an important period in the company’s growth. I’ll be overseeing the policy, processes and procedures that are put in place in the Aftersales department and helping to lighten the load from the senior leadership team as we move into bigger projects.

“I was attracted to Dack by their approach to nurturing a unique culture within car sales. That’s something I’m looking forward to continuing as the company matures. We have some really ambitious plans for the future and we’re aiming to put Dack firmly on the map as Lincolnshire’s premier motor group. I can’t wait to get started.”

Dack Motor Group is planning on expanding its headquarters and offering with the addition of a new 6,000 sq ft van workshop later in the year.
