Fit-out completes at Acero Sheffield

A Grade A office fit-out has completed at Acero Sheffield on behalf of Managed Office Solutions (part of Regus), for a high profile banking and financial services brand.

The fastrack, 9 week programme was managed by the Project Management team at CBRE in Leeds and was delivered on time, below the project budget.

The latest phase of Sheffield DC’s prime business space development will add two striking buildings to the city’s skyline, adjacent to Electric Works and Ventana House.

The first of these is Acero, Sheffield’s future-ready business space, which is a replica of Ventana House, providing 80,326 sq ft of office space over 6 floors.
