Clearwater International, a corporate advisory firm with offices in nine countries, is expanding its UK presence with the launch of a new office in Leeds.
The firm has tapped prominent regional dealmaker, partner Richard Goldsack, to head up the office. Director Glenn Clarke, meanwhile, will lead debt advisory.
Mr Goldsack has most recently worked as a corporate finance partner at Grant Thornton as part of a twenty-year career in corporate finance.
“We already have a well-established office in Manchester with a great network of clients in the area; increasing our North East presence will enable us to increase this reach,” said Phil Burns, Clearwater International UK managing partner.
“Our new office will benefit from Clearwater International’s global presence and sector expertise. We look forward to welcoming Richard and the official opening of the office in the new year.”
