Harrogate-headquartered niche energy consultancy, Padd Energy, is expanding north of the border with a new office in Scotland.
The company said the decision to establish its newest team in Glasgow is because “Scotland is at the forefront of the climate agenda”.
Indeed, the team grew out of a demand from clients in the region to work with a business that understands energy across multiple sectors, tailors plans to reach net zero and helps take net zero from concept to implementation.
The company’s current work in Scotland includes the delivery of a new biomass gasification plant and helping a global dairy cooperative’s local production sites to reach net zero, amongst a range of other projects.
Specialising in bespoke and tailored programmes for decarbonisation and net zero initiatives, Padd Energy help organisations to apply the right sustainable energy solutions across buildings, assets, operations and logistics.
