Keebles has completed four deals exceeding £50 million in one day at the end of January, strengthening the corporate law firm’s position in South Yorkshire.
The multi-national transactions saw the corporate department at Keebles bring in deals worth more than £50 million including advising the shareholders and management of Sheffield-based engineering company SCX Special Projects on its major investment by Elysian Capital.
Keebles has offices in Sheffield, Doncaster and Leeds.
Having already completed several deals in 2020, the team, headed by Keebles partner Matt Ainsworth, is predicting another strong year.
“The success comes on the back of a strong 2019 for our rapidly expanding client base,” he said.
“With Brexit now in its transitional period, we are confident that 2020 will be another successful year for our continued growth.”
