A ten-year lease for a 10,000 sq ft ground floor office suit at Distington House in Sheffield has been secured by Commercial Property Partners (CPP).

Acting on behalf of Safe Haven Investment, CPP has secured Animal Healthcare Services as a tenant for the suite.

The Grade A suite at Distington House is ideally placed between the city centre and Meadowhall, and close to junction 34 of the M1 motorway.

“We were looking for a Grade A office space that could accommodate us, and this property fitted the bill perfectly,” said Bill Pelling, Managing Director of Animal Healthcare Services.

“Sheffield is a great place for our business, and the location of this property will make the major transport routes in and out of the city easily accessible.”

Rob Darrington, Partner at CPP who acted on behalf of the landlord, said: “Grade A office stock is running low due to a surge in demand at the moment, so we’re delighted that they [Animal Healthcare Services] have snapped up this opportunity.”
