Intermarketing Agency, the full service creative agency based in Leeds, has been named one of the UK’s top performing marketing services businesses.
The accolade comes from The Drum, the UK’s biggest marketing media channel, in its Best UK Agencies report into the country’s 50 leading creative and communications agencies. Intermarketing is the only Leeds agency to be included in the Report and one of only two Northern outfits featured.
Based on financial performance, social reputation, client recommendation, key staff and creative work, the ranking follows a year of ambitious growth for Intermarketing. Founded in Leeds in 1988, the agency opened three new offices in London, Amsterdam and Sydney, completed a digital and web development acquisition and announced a raft of senior hires including a new managing director and creative and search directors in 2015. Its 120-strong team is comprised of strategists, marketers, digital specialists, designers, producers and technologists working for leading UK and global brands including adidas, British Red Cross, Virgin Trains, Bupa Global and the Shop Direct Group.
Arguably the UK’s biggest financial & business centre outside of London, a large proportion of Leeds’ economy is made up of the region’s creative and digital sector.
