Lincolnshire solicitors bolster employment team

A Solicitor with high-ranking London experience and a Legal Executive with a strong academic record have been added to the employment arm of a Lincolnshire firm of solicitors.

Chattertons Solicitors & Wealth Management has strengthened its employment team, with Natasha Halliday joining the company as an Associate Solicitor based in Grantham and Leanne Day being appointed as a Paralegal based in Boston.

Natasha is a practising Employment Law Solicitor with nearly 20 years’ specialist experience in the area, spending the majority of her career at city firms in London.

Natasha provides advice to employers of all sizes and from all sectors on a full range of employment law issues. She has experience of topics including: disciplinary and grievances; redundancies; diversity and discrimination; sickness absence; maternity rights, parental leave and flexible working; contracts of employment and policies; working time and minimum wage; and has a particular specialism in advising on TUPE, where a business or part of it is transferred from one owner to another.

In addition to her wealth of experience in the employment law sphere, Natasha holds Chartered Member status of the Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a volunteer at her local community library.

Meanwhile, Leanne began her career in HR before going on to complete her law conversion

course and CILEx (Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) qualifications. She was the first student to achieve distinctions across every subject of her business studies course at college, and also achieved distinctions in her CILEx exams. Leanne will be working alongside Grant Shackleston, a Partner at the firm’s Boston office, on both employment and dispute resolution matters.
