Pygott & Crone has finished the year on a high, having been awarded Midlands Estate Agency of the Year 2015 at The Times and Sunday Times Property Awards.

Nathan Emerson, partner at Pygott & Crone, attended the prestigious national awards ceremony at the Lancaster Hotel in London, and is delighted with having been awarded the Gold Award for Medium Estate Agency in the Midlands.
He said: “I’m very proud of the whole team; winning this award is a huge achievement and is a testament to the hard work from all of our staff across the East Midlands.”

The judges commended the agent’s impressive position as a market leading firm. The panel was also impressed by the investment in advanced technical services, which has meant that Pygott & Crone is able to design, run and programme its website in-house and react to customer feedback faster than ever.
The digital team also create innovative and informative video guides to Lincolnshire’s towns and cities – giving clients a personable and professional guide to the local area.

As the web traffic and unique views have increased, the agent’s online presence continues to evolve and improve – proving itself to provide the highest possible customer service.

Due to the website’s innovative redesign, the agency also picked up a Silver Award in the website category at last week’s award ceremony (4 December). The judging panel was impressed, not only by the fully responsive and optimised website, but also by how business-minded the designs have proven to be. Using website analytics, directors are able to see how often properties are viewed and can share these findings with the sales team in order to deliver the most appropriate sales techniques.

“Over the past year, we have invested in improving our website, as well as the technology we use as a business to improve client services so to have been recognised for these efforts is fantastic. The new Sleaford headquarters has recently benefited from a state of the art Samsung interactive touch screen – giving more in depth property and area information than ever before.

“As a business, we adhere to the highest industry standards and are members of over 14 professional industry bodies – including being a founding member of the Relocation Agent Network, a national network of hand-picked agents who are part of a referral system for those looking to move across the country and require expert advice from an agents across the UK. We have expanded rapidly in 2015, increasing staff numbers from 90 to 130 and have big plans for the New Year as we look forward to opening new offices throughout the region,” added Nathan.
