Lindum Construction shortlisted for East Midlands Bricks awards

Lincolnshire-headquartered Lindum Construction has been shortlisted for the ‘Responsible Business’ category at the East Midlands Bricks Awards– THE event for Property & Construction in 2019.

The ‘Responsible Business’ category, sponsored by The Brick Development Association recognises those companies that have demonstrated corporate responsibility in their field, working in harmony and for the betterment of the local community in which it operates and setting a shining example for the rest of the supply chain.

It will come as no surprise to many to see Lindum Group in the shortlist for the award as the company engage with the local community working with schools, offering support for local charities and take part in local volunteering programmes.

The company also play an important part in improving the local economy, through the creation of jobs and use of local suppliers; supporting training, offering apprenticeship schemes and investing in local businesses.

Steve Fisher Group Editor at Business Link Magazine commented “The response for the East Midlands Bricks awards for 2019 has been overwhelming, and we’d like to thank each and every company that has shown interest and taken the time to apply.

“The standard of entries this year has been exceptionally strong, and the judging panel have certainly been impressed by the nominations from all the businesses that have entered.

“All shortlisted nominees should be extremely proud and we look forward to celebrating their achievements with them on March 28th at the Trent Bridge Cricket Ground in Nottingham”
