A major retailer has agreed a deal on Unit 6 on a new speculatively built warehouse to a major retailer at 62 Leeds Industrial Estate.
Unit 6 is a new build, detached 57,500 sq ft premium warehouse located on Gelderd Road (A62), one of the main arterial routes into Leeds and the retailer has agreed a 15 year lease at the site.
The warehouse/industrial facility benefits from two storey office accommodation, a secure service yard and 50 car parking spaces. Forming part of the well established 62 Leeds Industrial Estate, Unit 6 occupies an unrivalled location just 0.5 miles from J27 of the M62 motorway with immediate access to the M621 and Leeds City Centre.
The letting was secured by the Industrial team at CBRE in Leeds, acting on behalf of CBRE Global Investors, alongside Carter Towler.
