With the deal, two family members and two directors will take over the reins at the 38-year-old company.

The MBO includes former sales manager Haydn Williams and technical director Chris Thompson, who after many years in the business along with Pollyanna and Jemima Robinson, daughters of the founder Nick Robinson, are the new team in charge of the business. Nick Robinson will continue in the business to hand the reigns over to the new team.
