MBA Engineering, the Yorkshire-based laser cutting and metal fabrication equipment supplier, has reported a rapid increase in growth over the past year.
The company reported a turnover of £1.4 million for 2017/18, an increase of 94% compared to the previous year – almost doubling its turnover in the last 12 months alone.
This growth is partly thanks to its exclusive partnership with Polish fibre laser manufacturer, Kimla, which has enabled the company to grow its client base.
The growth has sparked ambitious plans to invest and expand its machine moving service.
MBA Engineering has already set the wheels in motion with the addition of an experienced technician to develop and manage this section of the business as the company strives to continue this level of growth in the future.
MD Bradley McBain said: “Reflecting on the development of MBA Engineering over the past year feels like a great achievement with our 94% growth, which is thanks to the commitment and hard work of the MBA Engineering team.”
He added: “The growth of the company has allowed us to expand our team and develop specific aspects of the business, such as the machine installations, which is a key area we’d like to develop moving forward.”
