A new CEO has been appointed to lead Fulcrum, the Sheffield multi-utility infrastructure and services provider.
Daren Harris takes over as CEO with immediate effect. He joined the company and Board as Chief Financial Officer in June 2019. Prior, he served as Group Finance Director for construction services provider, The Byrne Group, and Group Finance Director of NG Bailey.
“We now have a clearer focus on designing and building new domestic and I&C utility connections, which we will deliver with the highest levels of customer satisfaction,” he said.
Following the appointment, the board has now begun searching for a replacement CFO.
The company has also announced the appointment of Terry Dugdale, Chief Operating Officer of Gas, to Group Chief Operator Officer and to the board as an Executive Director.
“The combined expertise that Daren and Terry have across the independent multi-utility, contracting and energy services sectors will be invaluable in delivering the Group’s strategy and long-term growth at an exciting time for our end user markets,” said Chairman Phil Holder.
