In brief: New Chairman for ITM Power

ITM Power, the AIM listed Sheffield-based energy storage and clean fuel company, has appointed Non-executive Director Roger Bone as its new Chairman.

The appointment follows the announcement that after nine years as Chairman, Roger Putman is retiring and stepping down from the board.

“The Company has been transformed since I first became Chairman and, following the recently completed fundraising and joint venture with Linde, is in as strong a position as it has ever been,” said Mr Putnam.
