New Group CEO for thebigword as founder takes a step back

Larry Gould, Chairman of thebigword Group, is passing the day-to-day running of the Leeds-based language service provider to a newly appointed Group CEO.

“2020 will be the 40th year since I founded the company and now is the time I believe to pass on the day to day running to the next generation,” said Larry Gould.

“The growth opportunities for thebigword are remarkable and I am eager to find out what the next 40 years holds for the business.”

The reins are passing to Joshua Gould who has worked in the Group for over 15 years. Two years ago, he was appointed CEO of the subsidiary, TBW Global. During his 2 years at the helm, the company has grown by 61%, delivering excellent profits.

“I am incredibly excited about the opportunity to lead thebigword through its next stage of expansion,” he said.

“Having worked in the company for over 15 years, I understand the industry and our clients and will ensure that thebigword delivers on its robust growth strategy.”
