Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has taken a new 7 year lease on two floors of newly refurbished office accommodation at 2 Park Lane.
The deal, negotiated by Carter Towler acting on behalf of property company Pullans, is one of the largest office lettings to be completed in the city this year.
The 21,804 sq ft of Grade A office space comprises the first and second floors of 2 Park Lane which overlooks Westgate, the Inner Ring Road and Joseph’s Well.
Pullans has added a double height glass atrium in addition to extensively refurbishing the ground and five upper floors of the building. The ultra-modern open plan office spaces have eco-efficient heating, lighting and ventilation systems throughout as well as showers, drying rooms and bike storage facilities.

International digital marketing agency ICS-Digital has already leased 11,000 sq ft in the building and now just 16,500 sq ft remains available.
