O2 Careers has signed a advertising partnership deal with York City at Bootham Crescent throughout the upcoming 2019/20 campaign.
O2, who are promoting themselves as an employer of choice in the York area, will have their brand name and career call-to-action emblazoned across ground boards at Bootham Crescent as well as the dugout and player’s tunnel.
Their advertising will also feature in the club programme and on the club website.
“We’re delighted that O2 Careers has chosen to partner with York City Football Club and we look forward to working with them over the course of – hopefully – a very successful season,” said the club’s Commercial Manager Chris Pegg.
“They’re a very well-known brand that’s eager to make an impact in the local area as they highlight the careers and job opportunities they have on offer.”
Lyndsey Marshall, Resourcing Business Partner at O2, said: “O2 Careers are pleased to be advertising with York City Football Club as it gives us a great opportunity to let people know that they can kick start their career with us. It will really help us to reach out to potential candidates which is fantastic”.
The advertising boards were installed earlier this week and will be able to be seen during this weekend’s friendly against Notts County, and their advertisements will be online and in the club programme in due course.
