Pegasus appoints Partner in Leeds

An experienced planning and design professional, with a career spanning more than 20 years, has joined the Leeds office of Pegasus Group.

Matthew Good has been appointed as a Director and brings with him an extensive knowledge of housing need and supply gained while working across both the public and private sectors.

He joins from WYG and is a former Planning Manager at the Home Builder’s Federation with a wide network of contacts across the north of the country and the Midlands. He has worked for several local authorities in development management, planning policy and community involvement roles.

Matthew has worked alongside national, regional and local house builders and represented the house building industry in more than 50 Local Plan examinations. He is experienced in advising on housing requirements and challenging Local Plans and Core Strategies at Examinations. Matthew has also acted as an expert witness on these matters at Planning Inquiries.
