Redsky names new trio after business growth

Leeds-based Redsky Learning has added three new organisations to its diverse portfolio of clients after being selected to provide bespoke training solutions to HSS Hire, Pretty Green, and The Medical Protection Society.

HSS Hire, the UK & Ireland’s national supplier of equipment and tool hire, has commissioned Redsky Learning to deliver a Leadership Development programme, ‘Stretch’, for its senior employees across the UK aiming at enhancing delegates’ capabilities.

Also joining forces with British fashion label Pretty Green, Redsky will deliver a custom-made Retail Leadership and Management Development programme to their team leaders.

The company has also been appointed to deliver a Professional Services Leadership Programme on ‘Becoming Exceptional’ for doctors, dentists, and lawyers within The Medical Protection Society.

In order to support this business growth, Redsky has appointed three new members of staff; Lucy Dennis, Jane Hanworth and Lisa Neil.

Lucy Dennis has been appointed as Consultant and will be responsible for updating current learning and development programmes along with designing new interventions that will support businesses in delivering their objectives. Lucy has a solid background in Learning and Development and joins Redsky Learning from Hitachi Capital where she was responsible for developing new academic and management programmes. Lisa Neil and Jane Hanworth have also been appointed in administrative roles and will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the business.

Diane Coolican, MD of Redsky Learning, said: “We extremely pleased to be working such reputable organisations, supporting their learning and development goals with our bespoke programmes. Each of these businesses has a unique goal and organisational culture, and we are proud to be working alongside them to inspire their staff and enable teams to work more effectively to deliver even better results.”
