Rotherham business park fully let after latest deals

Century Park Networkcentre in Rotherham is now fully let after property management company NSM secured a series of new deals.

Jade Insulation limited has expanded at the business park, taking a third unit which now provides the thriving business with a total of 12,712 sq ft of space on site.

Mane Metering Holdings, which already occupies a 1,523 sq ft workspace unit on site, has also moved into a further unit which offers an additional 1,000 sq ft workspace with self-contained office, facilitating the company’s expansion.

“Century Park has proved incredibly popular and it’s great to be able to accommodate the growth of two long term tenants on the site,” said Rebecca MacDonald from NSM.

“To see these businesses expanding, particularly in light of the challenging year we have faced, is great news for the local area and I’m pleased to say that Century Park is now fully let.

“This portfolio of Networkcentres are well located and designed to facilitate the easy relocation and establishment of small and growing businesses.”

Located on Dearne Lane, Manvers in Rotherham Century Park provides 58,000 sq ft of high quality workspace in 22 units and six self-contained offices.
