The Shepherd Building Group has sold its eponymous office building in Leeds to developer Priestley Homes for an undisclosed amount.
The three-storey self-contained office building had recently been refurbished and has 45 on-site car parking spaces.
“This sale demonstrates that the freehold commercial property market in Leeds is thriving and is also an endorsement of the investment that the landlords made in refurbishing the property,” said Sam Jamieson of Knight Frank in Leeds, who advised the Shepherd Group.
“Shepherd House is a classic example of well-located and well-appointed offices proving popular in the market place. We were delighted with the price we achieved.”
The property is situated fronting Elland Road, within two miles of Leeds City Centre and can easily be accessed from J2 of the M621, connecting to both M62 and M1 motorways.
