Cushman & Wakefield has boosted its Development & Planning team in Leeds with the addition of a new Senior Surveyor.
Ella Woodward joins from GVA (now Avison Young) where she was part of the Manchester-based Development Consulting team.
In this role she advised private and public sector clients across the North West on a range of development schemes.
She was previously with Colliers International and holds a First class Masters in Planning and Real Estate from the University of Manchester.
In her new role, Ms Woodward will use her development consultancy experience to provide advice to existing and new clients.
She will be supporting on retained advisory mandates including Enterprise Zones, HS2 masterplanning and large-scale residential sites as well as supporting with the growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s Economic Development and Appraisal offer.
She will report to Ben Pretty, Partner, Development & Planning in Leeds.
