Hull based firm Smart Stay has become the first serviced accommodation company in the area to receive an industry quality mark.
The company, which specialises in the provision of serviced apartments and corporate housing across the Hull and Humber region has been recognised by the Association of Serviced Accommodation Providers (ASAP) for its high standards.
Up until recently, regulating the serviced accommodation industry had been a bit of a grey area but thanks to ASAP companies like Smart Stay are able to instantly reassure professionals that they will receive the very best the area has to offer.
Smart Stay, and its sister company Vantage Relocation, are unique in that they are able to offer individuals, their families and corporate clients new and enviable accommodation if visiting or making a new start in the Hull area.
The Hull company – which also has an office in London – is delighted to offer something no other company in Yorkshire can. With events like the 2017 UK City of Culture in the offing,
along with all the positive inward investments from high profile companies like Siemens and Associated British Ports, as well as the already established Hull companies, their phone hasn’t stopped ringing.
Peter Watson, managing director of Smart Stay, says of their news: “With Christmas almost upon us too, we’ve found ourselves being asked for great quality accommodation for the festive season, in and around the city. We currently have guests ranging from stage and screen celebrities through to corporate clients who are moving to the area and contractors working in the area. We can provide quality, flexible accommodation for pretty much everyone. All our guests want is the benefit of a home from home rather than a hotel room.
We deliver that as standard and so much more. The service we offer and the accommodation we arrange for our clients is bespoke and we know we give people happy memories and a great experience, especially if it’s their first time in Hull. We have people who come time and time again and that means so much to us.”
