Team17, the video games maker headquartered in Wakefield, is on track for a revenue boost following a strong Christmas sales period.
Over the peak Christmas sales period, the company reported its portfolio performed “well”, adding there was a strong performance from its multiplayer games on Nintendo Switch.
As a result, management now expects both adjusted EBITDA and revenue to be ahead of market expectations for the year ended 31 December 2019.
Moreover, the company to develop a “solid portfolio” of new original game IP launches in 2020, more than any previous year.
The company will report its full year results in March.
