Synergy clinches double shortlisting success in high-profile industry awards

Vehicle leasing and finance credit broker, Synergy Automotive, has made the final line up in two categories of the high-profile Leasing Broker Federation’s Awards 2017.

Founded in 2006 by MD, Paul Parkinson, on the principle of providing an excellent leasing experience to every customer, the Harrogate-based business is shortlisted for Best Medium Leasing Broker Award and for Best Medium Leasing Broker Customer Service Award. The criteria include evidence of growth, excelling in customer service – and FCA compliance.

The success of Paul’s vision to differentiate Synergy through excellence, transparency and accountability in customer communication and service has resulted in year-on-year growth fuelled by repeat business, recommendations and referrals.

In February 2017 Synergy clinched the coveted Gold Trusted Service Award from global independent feedback engine, Feefo, for the third consecutive year with a Feefo 5 Star rating.

Commitment to customers is reinforced via a major investment programme to further enhance service and delivery which has been rolled out over the past 18 months

Paul Parkinson said: “Being shortlisted in two categories is a great honour and is testimony to the dedication, drive and enthusiasm of our talented team who always strive to go the extra mile – and more – for our valued customers. I’m very proud of each and every employee for their valuable role in our growth and vision.”

The winners will be announced on November 23 following the Leasing Broker Federation Conference in London.
