Tandem, a property asset management company with offices in Leeds and London, has been appointed to manage a portfolio of properties in Bradford and Liverpool in behalf of Augur Group.
The instruction includes the management of the iconic, Grade II listed Lewis’s building in Liverpool, the adjoining Liverpool Central Shopping Centre as well as Xchange, a mixed use 98,000 sq ft building located in central Bradford.
The Xchange is a 98,000 sq ft mixed use property situated adjacent to the entrance of the Broadway Shopping Centre, in Bradford and includes tenants such as, Easy Gym, Bon Marche, Greggs, Brighthouse, CEX, Esquires Coffee House and recent addition, Metro Bank.
As part of the mobilisation, Tandem will be reviewing the FM services, the service contracts and the key communication strategy with the proposed residential development on the upper floors.
