Two floors have been pre-let at Lumina, a Grade A office development being delivered as part of the £162 million phase two development at Thorpe Park Leeds.
The pre-let has been secured by real estate developer Scarborough International Properties and its joint venture partner Legal & General.
Online pharmacy Pharmacy2U has taken a 10-year lease on the whole of the second and third floors at Lumina, totalling 15,770 sq ft, commencing on completion of the development.
Lumina provides 35,850 sq ft of Grade A office space and128 car parking spaces. The balance of 20,080 sq ft of offices on the ground and first floors is available at an asking rent of £23.50 per sq ft.
Construction of the new building is underway and is due to complete in September this year.
Letting agents are BNP Paribas Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield and JLL. Holder & Co. acted for Pharmacy2U.
