Time Out: Michael Trevethan, marketing manager at Leach

With the weekend just around the corner it’s time for some more quick-fire questions. This ‘Time Out’ features Michael Trevethan, marketing manager at West Yorkshire-headquartered graphic display specialist Leach.

What is the first thing you do to get the weekend started?

Generally, I like to get home, cook, and have a beer! I’m pretty active seven days a week but on a Friday I like to really chill out before I tackle what will no doubt be a busy Saturday and Sunday.

What is your hobby?

I love sport – there are plenty to choose from but mainly its football, cricket and squash.

What is your favourite movie?

Its possibly a clichéd answer but I’d have to go for Shawshank Redemption – a true classic.

If you hadn’t been successful at what you do, what would you be doing instead as a career?

I’d want to be a chef – I really enjoy cooking and up until about 16 years of age that was the dream!

If you could have any superpower what would it be?

I think I’d want to be able to fly – it would save thousands of pounds on transport!

What is your favourite genre of music?

I love indie and rock music, and I’m a huge Oasis fan – my favourite song being an early single called ‘Whatever’.

If you could travel to any moment in time where would you go?

1966 and England winning the football World Cup at Wembley. When we recently won the cricket World Cup the atmosphere was unbelievable, so I’d love to see how the country reacted when we secured the football equivalent!
