Trebor Hillwood, the joint venture between Trebor Developments and Hillwood, has competed its first industrial scheme in South Yorkshire.
Located at 31 East, Dinnington, Rotherham, the speculative 78,458 sq ft building has been constructed by MCS Construction. It has large yards and first floor office accommodation, is now ready to lease or purchase with immediate occupation.
This is Trebor Hillwood’s first industrial accommodation project to complete in the region with the speculative two-unit Avion development at the Aero Centre at Doncaster Sheffield Airport currently under construction and the huge 409,000 sq ft Gateway4 distribution centre scheme at Doncaster having had a contractor appointed.
Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner for Trebor, said: “We have seen strong interest already in this accommodation, given the lack of quality industrial in this size range in the area.”
Trebor/Hillwood are represented by Knight Frank in Sheffield, Commercial Property Partners and CBRE.
