Leeds-based digital solutions provider UX Global has secured a working relationship with global technology company Philips Professional Display Solutions.

The agreement sees UXG work with Philips Professional Display Solutions on an ongoing basis, providing its tier-one premium panels to new and existing clients as part of a digital solutions offer. Currently work has been completed on four major projects for UXG clients, as well as smaller niche projects.

Under the working relationship UXG has already used more than 400 Philips Professional Display Solutions panels so far this year, up to 75 inches in size, in high-end video walls and professional displays. The Leeds-based company expects the relationship to assist with new client wins and further enhance its post-sale service and aftercare.

Philips Professional Display Solutions is operated by TP Vision and MMD, subsidiaries of TPV established in 2009 through a brand license agreement with Philips. TP Vision and MMD exclusively market and sell Philips commercial displays and Philips monitors worldwide.

By combining Philips’ commitment to technical innovation with TPV’s manufacturing expertise in displays, TP Vision and MMD use a fast and focused approach to bringing state of the art products to market. TP Vision and MMD operate with their global headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

EMEA business management director at Philips Professional Display Solutions, Martin Ware, said: “UXG is an exciting and innovative company with an impressive portfolio of clients and projects. Working in collaboration and combining our premium products with UXG’s leading digital and design approach offers truly exciting potential.

“Our initial projects have produced strong results and we intend to build on our agreement further in the coming months. Together we can access new projects, delivering cutting edge design coupled with first class project delivery and client service. UXG is a great addition to our global network of third-parties.”

Located on Low Lane in Horsforth, UXG employs 29 people from its 14,000 sq ft design and production facility. It also boasts a state-of-the-art interactive technology showroom, which enables it to showcase the latest LED and video walls, and interactive tables and screens, to new and existing clients.

UXG head of development, Paul Midwood, added: “Philips Professional Display Solutions has a well-deserved reputation as a world leader in digital displays, all led by innovative design principles. There are many providers out there, but Philips Professional Display Solutions enables us to provide top-of-the-range solutions that stand out from the competition.

“We pride ourselves on offering powerful technology and outstanding customer service, and having access to Philips Professional Display Solutions’ products and services means we can maintain that vision. We are a truly global company working from our Leeds base, so it’s very exciting to be working jointly with them as we enhance and expand our offer in the UK and worldwide.”

Established in 1983 as Unicam and rebranded in 2017, UXG designs and builds bespoke digital, LED and retail solutions for branded environments. It counts retail group Sports Direct, electricals and technology group Dixons Carphone and leading gaming brand Xbox among its clients.
