The units are being marketed jointly by Commercial Property Partners (CPP) and Barnsdales and will be ready to occupy by autumn this year.
Phase two of the development will commence by the end of this year and will offer further accommodation from 5,000 sq. ft to a maximum of 20,000 sq ft.

More than 100 businesses already occupy in excess of half a million square feet of existing space at Aero Centre Yorkshire, which is operated by Peel Group.
