2-Work opens new flexible workspace in Leeds city centre

Flexible office provider 2-Work is set to launch its fourth Leeds city centre location in Albion Court, a Grade II listed building in the shopping district near Leeds railway station.

The refurbished site, spanning 8,000 sq ft over two floors, will feature coworking areas, private offices, and meeting rooms designed for start-ups, growing businesses, and established teams. The development combines historic gothic revival architecture with modern, flexible workspace facilities.

This expansion follows 2-Work’s existing Leeds locations and a site at Tileyard North in Wakefield. The move responds to increased demand for hybrid-working solutions and community-focused office environments, with Leeds ranked as the sixth most popular UK city for coworking.

Director at 2-Work, Gal Leslie, said: “Little did we know that this would turn into a growth in the region enabling us to support all types of businesses from start-ups to corporates and beyond. Watching these businesses thrive due to their need for flexible, collaborative, forward-thinking workspaces has been the key driver for our expansion plans. Long may it continue.”

Senior Asset Manager at Glenbrook, Olivia McDowell, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome 2-Work to Albion Court. Their professional flex space offering not only expands the range of studios available but also brings valuable new amenities for our existing tenants. This collaboration between landlord and flex offer marks an exciting step in creating a vibrant, inspiring workplace community here at Albion Court.”
