A Leeds office building has secured new tenants following Augur Group and Firefly Capital Real Estate’s comprehensive refurbishment of 7 Park Row.
The upgrade has significantly enhanced tenant facilities while delivering a new aesthetic to the common areas.
The 50,000 sq ft Grade A office building was acquired Augur Group and Firefly Capital Real Estate in June 2024.
Newly refurbished office floors are now available on a fully fitted or Cat A basis, ranging in size from 2,000 to 4,650 sq ft. A new reception features soft seating, breakout areas and touchdown space, and upgraded amenities include a gym, lockers and changing facilities.
Coinciding with the refurbishment, the 9th floor suite has been let to Gridtec, a multi-disciplined engineering infrastructure business, while a 2,713 sq ft suite on the 8th floor is under offer.
The owners said: “This has been a very significant and exciting acquisition for us. The building was comprehensively refurbished by the previous owners in 2017-18 with over £7m invested including new M&E and glazing.
“However, we felt that the common parts and amenities could be substantially improved to bring them in line with the building’s overall quality and strength of location.”
Dan Wagner of Gridtec said: “We are delighted with our new offices at 7 Park Row. The light and airy loft-style feel of our suite, combined with the layout, is perfect for our needs. And it goes without saying that the location is bang on. We couldn’t be happier.”
Knight Frank and Carter Towler are the office letting agents. A leisure unit is available via RK Real Estate and Lyons Thompson Letts.
