Renew Holdings reports strong order book after record year

Renew Holdings has closed its financial year with record revenue and operating profit, strengthening its position across critical infrastructure markets.

The engineering services group delivered revenue of £1.12bn in the year to 30 September 2025, a 5.6 per cent increase on the previous period. Adjusted operating profit reached £72.1m, up 1.7 per cent. Profit before tax declined to £56.7m, a 5.8 per cent fall.

The company confirmed a record order book of £915m, supported by long-term framework agreements with clients across regulated sectors. Renew highlighted continued progress in its strategy to broaden its service offering and deepen its presence in high-growth markets.

Two acquisitions – Full Circle during the financial year and Emerald Power shortly after year-end – expanded the group’s capabilities in emerging infrastructure segments. These moves have positioned the business to access new opportunities in energy and environmental services.

Renew said the new financial year has started with positive momentum, supported by a diversified client base and increasing demand for essential engineering work. The group expects to deliver on its FY26 forecasts as it continues to scale its operations and reinforce its role in the UK’s infrastructure supply chain.
