Roann on track for record year as sales hit £9.5m

Fabricator and installer of high-volume, low-silica worktops, Roann, is on track for a record year after it reached £9.5m worth of total sales in the first nine months of 2025.

New contract wins continue to fuel the Wakefield-based worktop specialist’s growth, including a new project with house builder Allison Homes.

Roann will manufacture and install premium Silestone worktops for homeowners upgrading at the 50-plot St Mary’s Chase development in the village of Stanton Under Bardon, Leicestershire. Scheduled for completion in 2026, the project extends Roann’s remit with Allison Homes as the developer expands into the East Midlands region.

The win follows a recent announcement by Roann that it was awarded a quartet of contracts in London and Manchester worth £250k by luxury kitchen designer, supplier and installer, Kuche. And a six-figure contract with Taylor Wimpey in North Yorkshire, expanding Roann’s remit with the housebuilder to 18 regions across the UK.

Scott Wharton, operations and technical director at Roann, said: “Our people and manufacturing investment strategy, coupled with strong client relationships built on reliability and high-quality delivery, is paying off.

“These outstanding results are testament to the team’s hard work and commitment. We’re fortunate to work with clients like Allison Homes whose values reflect our own and we’re looking forward to collaborating with them on the new East Midlands region.”

Earlier this year, Roann increased its kitchen worktop fabrication capacity from 15,000 to 25,000 units per year following a £300,000 investment in its factory.
