A new investment hub has opened in Sheffield as part of a coordinated effort to strengthen the city’s offer to prospective investors and business partners.
The Landing Pad, based at Athol House, has been established through a joint initiative involving Sheffield Property Association, Sheffield Chamber, Sheffield BID, Sheffield Technology Parks and Sheffield City Council. The partners have created a central space designed to present Sheffield’s commercial assets, sector capabilities, and development opportunities to visiting investors.
The facility forms part of the city’s wider plan to streamline inward investment activity. It gives organisations a dedicated venue to meet potential partners, access information and explore projects with growth potential. The initiative reflects Sheffield’s push to position itself more competitively to secure new investment and build long-term business relationships.
